Art attackIt's exciting to see your child's first drawing of a recognisable thing, often a very basic person. Your child will also start ascribing meaning to his art (sometimes it's what he intended to draw, sometimes he'll decide what it's about when he's finished). "That's you and me." Often, though, the picture isn't meant to be a picture of anything at all. You can encourage him by providing plenty of art materials and not trying to direct his work.
